Client Support Specialist

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintain a flexible, responsive and accessible attitude toward all clients
  • Help maintain, fulfill and process orders that come through our company store
  • Performs routine but specialized administrative duties including data research, edits, proofreads and corrects written materials to ensure correct format, spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Help Client Relations Group promote active lines of communication with all departments to maintain awareness of all current and future projects to provide the most accurate information to our customers
  • Prepares presentation materials
  • Work with clients on special projects performed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Acts as one of the backups to the front desk Receptionist
  • Assist in the daily maintenance and update of internal system and customer relationship management system data

  • Willingness to accept a work schedule with hourly demands that will vary as departmental workload fluctuates. Ability to work extra hours if needed to complete assignments which at time may require work before or after office hours and possibly on weekends 

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma required, College Degree highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required
  • Proficient in: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems & ticketing systems desired 


  • Annual salary: Commensurate with experience.
