The final exam is now available on the Birkman Learning System (BLS). If you need anything now or in the future, please feel free to reach out!

The following action is required to complete your Birkman Certification and must be completed by .

Step 1: Workshop Feedback Survey

Your feedback is valuable to us! Please let us know what you thought of your experience so we can continue to improve. In your pre-work through the Birkman Learning System, you will find the survey is number 14.

Step 2: Take the General Exam

To access the exam, follow these steps:

Visit the BLS and log in.
Navigate to My Courses → Active Courses → Certification Courses
Click the Launch button next to Birkman Signature Certification.
Scroll to the Post-Work section and click the Launch button next to Birkman Signature Certification General Exam.
You will click Launch one last time to open the exam!

If you do not obtain a minimum of 70% on your first attempt, you can contact the Birkman Training Team (training@birkman.com) to request an exam reset.

Next Steps:

Birkman will verify your exam results and send you an email regarding your BirkmanDirect account.

Completing the conversations and reporting conversation notes in the BLS will finalize your Signature Certification. Once finalized, you will receive your certificate in the BLS.
