At Birkman, we believe that by owning one's personality, everyone has the ability to lead effectively. By helping leaders capitalize on their unique strengths, understand their motivations, and manage their blind spots, everyone can have the opportunity to lead with impact.

In addition to understanding the benefits and potential consequences of their own personalities, when developing leaders, it's important to help them be aware of the diverse personalities of those on their team. How they lead and manage an individual who is more task-oriented and analytical in nature should be different than how they lead another team member who tends toward a more social, creative approach.
